Format
(1) The preferred word processing programs for papers are Word (Times New Roman)
(2) Title page with full title and subtitle (if any). For the purposes of blind refereeing, full name of each author with current affiliation and full address / phone/fax/e-mail details plus short bioghraphical note should be supplied on a seperate sheet
(3) Abstract of 100-150 words
(4) Up to 10 key words
(5) Main text should be written in 12 pts-font and, should not exceed 20 pages. Text should be clearly organized, with a hierarchy of headings and subheadings and quotations exceeding 40 words displayed, indented, in the text.
(6) End notes, if necessary, should be signalled by superscript numbers in the main text and listed at the end of the text before the references
(7) Figures and tables must be numbered.
Style
- Single space must be used after a full point, commas, colons, semicolons, etc. No space in front of a question mark, or in front of any ather closing quotation mark.
- Full points must be used after abbreviations (p.m., e.g., i.e., etc.) Full points must be omitted in acronyms (USA, BBC, NATO, HMSO).
- Double quotation marks must be used for quoted material within the text; single quotation marks should only be used for quotes within quotes.
- Numbers under 100 must be spelled out; but numerals must be used for measurement (e.g. 12km) and ages (e.g. 10 years old). In science papers scientific notation should be followed.

- References should be cited in the text as: (author, date, page)
- An alphabetical references section should follow the text (and end notes if any), formatted as the following examples:
